“Ottimo ”

“The property was much larger than expected and included a lake. Our cabin was tucked in the woods off of a one lane paved road, with good parking spaces. We had a few mosquitoes in our cabin, and also a spider that stayed in its upper corner of the bathroom. The beds and pillows in our two bedroom cabin were very comfortable. Most of the channels on the TV were a little out of focus and we were unable to mirror our phones on the TV, even through we had property internet connected. The breakfast...

“Nice staff as always. There was a large group staying that made it difficult to get in and”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was modern, updated and clean. Loved the decor, the blackout curtains, the firm‑but‑soft bed and it was very convenient to downtown.”

“You could tell it was an older style hotel that has been remodeled. The doors do open to the outside which is not something I'm generally comfortable with but it was Culpepper, Virginia. A pretty safe place for a single, female traveler. The only real complaint I have is the storage of the cleaning crews carts. They were stored outside along the back walk way. “The Staff at this property was exceptional! Gloria checked us in and helped out with explaining where things were located in the Hotel, and laundry facilities. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Also, Denise and Keisha were outstanding Hosts as well! Breakfast was good except the Milk tasted funny. The room was very nice, comfortable beds! The shower didn't have any pressure. Maybe fix that. Over all I'd give this Hampton Inn a FIVE STAR RATING FOR STAFF, AND VALUE!”

“Beautiful resort, friendly staff, excellent restaurant.”

“Our room was clean and spacious. Staff was very good.”

My room reaked of some sort of Aerosol spray I presumed to mask other odors. Upon opening the window for fresh air I found it to be full of dead bugs and live flies. The window screen had was pushed out exposing the room to insects. I observed two dead flies stuck to the ceiling above the bed. It appeared someone had wiped their snot on the...
